Yes. We highly recommend reservations, especially Friday through Sunday. Our hearty breakfasts are a beloved part of many families’ lake traditions, and reserving ahead helps ensure you enjoy a relaxed, unrushed start to your day.

We’re proud to serve classic, hearty, home-style meals that feel just right at the lake. Guest favorites include our famous blueberry pancakes, fluffy omelets, and other comforting dishes that fuel long days of swimming, boating, and family time. It’s the kind of breakfast that brings families back year after year. We offer some specialty beverages like Tractor Juice as well as a selection of gluten-free options.

Yes. Many guests love the tradition of coming to breakfast by boat. We offer dock space, but dock reservations are required on busier days to ensure availability. Please give us a call in advance when u know your plans and we will try our best to accommodate. While we don’t reserve a dock slip, we’ll limit the number of reservations from those coming by boat to meet the availability of docks.

We have a charming country store on the property where you’ll find Kellerhaus ice cream, ice, beverages, old-fashioned candy, quality Ames Farm clothing, and a selection of Lake Winnipesaukee souvenirs. It’s a convenient way to pick up a treat, a keepsake, or a little piece of Ames Farm to bring home.

We provide 11 boat docks available for resort guest rentals and 2 launch ramps where you’ll be sure to find one of the easiest ways to access Lake Winnipesaukee. Please note, boat launching and dock use is only for guests staying with us in one of our accommodations.
